Police were called to a local business where the subject was smashing holiday displays and pulling down lights. Subject was noncompliant to officer commands. Officers deployed at the subject's legs which distracted and stopped him. A second wrap was deployed at the subject's arms, restraining them and allowing the first officer to safely engage the subject.
