SCOT COHEN
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Inspired by his family’s history in public safety, driven to help law enforcement and communities, Scot began work on Wrap in 2016. With 25+ years in asset management, he’s built companies from startups to multi-billion-dollar successes. Prior to starting Wrap, Scot launched and co-managed a hedge fund and private equity business with over 500m in AUM. As Wrap’s longest-serving board member, he's led and driven Wrap's vision, financings, acquisitions, evolution, and turnaround. Scot is an active supporter of veterans and public safety. He started the National Foundation for Veteran Redeployment (NFVR, a 501c3) as a hub for training, human resource networking, and financial support for U.S. veterans interested in career opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
JARED NOVICK
President and Chief Operating Officer
Jared joined Wrap in 2024, bringing deep experience in aerospace, cybersecurity, and defense. He led two successful exits—one in aerospace geospatial services and another in cybersecurity, with one scaling to $1.5B+. A former NASA aircrew member and U.S. intelligence operative in ISR missions, he has 2,000+ flight hours in global operations, holds a physics degree from UF, and serves on multiple boards, including a gubernatorial appointment.
