Officers called for a domestic disturbance with an individual suffering from PTSD. The subject was immediately hostile towards officers and began threatening officers stating that they would need more help if he was to be arrested. He took up a fighting stance and continued being aggressive at which point the decision was made that the Bola Wrap would be effective in attempting to take the subject into custody without any issues. The subject was stunned but became aggressive after the deployment, but the wrap was able to keep his arms contained so he was unable to fight with officers. An anchor penetrated his skin and was removed at a medical facility per departmental policy.
