Officers responded to a call of a subject running in traffic. Subject ignored officer’s commands and kept screaming and walked away. Officer wrapped subject’s legs below the knee as he was walking away. The subject stopped and appeared confused. He was gently taken to the ground and turned over to EMS for a mental health hold. No injuries.
